Upcoming Projects (2024-2026)

Tuomaala is currently working on three different audiovisual projects: 

Stretching is a hybrid documentary dealing with gym culture and invisible aspects of personal trainer’s and and group exercise instructors’ work. 

Do I Call you at a Bad Time? delves into one person's journey into the realm of telephone work, exploring themes of control, privacy and the power of voice.

Tuomaala is also developing a third project: an audiovisual installation that brings forward a discussion on the boundaries between public and private property, territorial disputes, border policies and the power of organizing through fiction and satirical approach.
